Shipping info

Products are shipped worldwide with Registered Mail service, wich usually takes 3-5 days for zone 2 (Europe and Mediterranean area), 8-12 days for zone 3 (Americas, Asia, Africa) and 15-20 days for zone 4 (Oceania).

Upon request we can ship with fast delivery couriers (FedEx, UPS, TNT). In this case the shipping fee may be considerably higher. Once we will receive your order, we will contact you and let you know the amount of delivery with the fast courier (1-3 days delivery worldwide).

In case you order more items, we possibly pack them together following the best way for keeping shipping fees at the lowest level.

In the "shopping cart" you can always check which is the amount of shipping fees for your order. Shipping includes also packing and handling. The amount reported on the checkout form refers to standard shipping (mail service).

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order.
